When you use the machine with the roll stand, loading is simple. The de-curl section helps the fiber lay flat for perfect cuts down the line. Adjusting the curl in the paper is a continuous process as the diameter of the paper roll becomes smaller the operator simply adjusts the de-curl section on the touch screen as the stripper and roll stand are electronically integrated with each other.
The stripper machine takes over, making the first punches of the slots. The fiber is stripped with width and cut to height. Strips exit the machine on a shingle conveyor for easy handling and maneuvering.
The user-friendly HMI touchscreen lets you make adjustments and inputs with ease. With a push of a button, you can handle fiber materials with excellent output.

How much output can a PPCM Fiber Stripping machine handle? With a capacity of 36 inches wide (91cm), our fiber stripper can produce up to 360 strips per minute on short heights—double the speed of a die-cutter. You can adjust the lock entry to allow for a greater margin of error and even faster assembly if needed.
Our fiber stripping machine features rapid tool changeover with top and bottom die set-up plates and a shaftless roll rack. Use rolls of several width capacities up to 36 inches.
